Level 1 – Body-Mind-Soul
Body – You will be nurturing and nourishing your body through nutritious, healthy food; a daily yoga practice, gentle walks and lots of rest.
Level 2 – The 4 Elements

We will be exploring each of these elements and their profound influence through creative processes, dance, breathwork, meditation and working directly with immersion in nature including working with horses.
Level 3 – The Recognition of your Big Dreams and your Power as a Magical Manifestor
Donna (aka the Fairy Godmother) has taught thousands of people over the past 13 years how to connect to their Authentic Dreams & Goals and the practical day-to-day tools to use to manifest those dreams with ease.
She’ll facilitate you through creative processes and conversations during the retreat to uncover your dreams & goals and shift through the “blocks” that are stopping you.
This Retreat in Portugal is a prime example – Michelle Thomas, the owner of the Retreat Center and a co-facilitator on this retreat, worked with Donna 7 years ago and found clarity on her “farm” and retreat-center dream and learned the tools to make it happen. And voila, now she is living her dream and you get to experience it too!

This venue is in the heartland of Portugal about 1 Hour North East of Lisbon in Central Portugal. An easy drive or train ride from Lisbon.

- 7 nights accommodation. All rooms are double and sharing. You will be paired in a room with someone else on the retreat.
- You can extend your stay after the retreat for an extra cost per night.
- All delicious, healthy meals – Breakfast. Lunch and Dinner – over the 7 days.
- These meals are healthy and body-fuelling and created with love and care.
- All of the facilitation and processes through the retreat – eg. Facilitation of the Retreat, working with the horses, creative processes, Yoga etc.
- All the materials for the retreat
- Flights
- Transfers to and from the airport (these can be shared with other participants, depending on your arrival dates and times)

Quinta Carvalhas (pronounced kinta carvalyas) is an exquisite retreat venue in Central Portugal about an hour away from Lisbon and close to the city of Santarem.
Quinta Carvalhas is a tranquil, idyllic and magnificent 44 hectre farm, set amongst rolling hills. It is the perfect connection to nature needed for transformation work. It has a more moderate climate than the hot, dry south of Portugal or the cooler, wet North. It is sunny with stunning blue skies and normally a gentle breeze.
It has a beautiful Yoga Centre, Meditation Gardens, Working with Horses and Swimming Pool to cool off.
This is a connect-with-nature week, the best way to get back into our center and the truth of who we really are.
Accommodation is provided in spacious shared rooms with single beds. Delicious vegetarian and healthy meals for the whole week are lovingly made and most of the ingredients come from the farm itself or are sourced locally.
