“Exceptional! I had fears to come along because I did not want to have an afternoon of esoteric talk which I couldn’t draw real possibilities from. The positivity emanating from Donna and the group was amazing. I genuinely know this course will help me to accept ‘the flow of life’ and stop feeling inadequate and unfulfilled.”

What is Dream Mapping and Goal Setting?
Dream Mapping is a process to help you get clear on what you want in your life, or in a specific aspect of your life and then to set BIG goals to help you achieve those dreams.
During this experiential workshop we will go through a series of exercises to assist you in realizing and crystallising your dreams for yourself and your life. The workshop will include relaxation, mind and dream theory, creating your own dream collage, and then basic tools to use on a day-to-day basis for manifesting your dreams.
You will relax, cut & paste, have fun & get in touch with the dreams that linger in your soul!
“An amazing workshop. You have really touched lives and truly are a fairy godmother. I have been on a number of self development courses and yours is among the best.”
Deelesh Ravjee – Johannesburg, South Africa
“For the first time in my life I have a dream I can see and feel and touch and have the tools to achieve it.”
Bev Doyle – Johannesburg, South Africa

Magic Making, Dream Building and Succcess in Cape Town
I have just had the most wonderful trip to Cape Town making Magic and sprinkling Fairy Dust and helping lots of people get clear on their dreams and goals and how to turn them into reality.
I had a very successful Possibility Evening where we examined The Mind and Beliefs and how our beliefs help or hinder us in achieving our dreams and goals. I had a sold-out Dream Mapping and Goal Setting workshop where 24 people got inspired, clear, focused and into ACTION on their dreams and goals.
I also met Adin van Ryneveld who is a very DARING dreamer… he has embarked on a project called (adin)5 where for the next 5 years he is going to do what I call an ‘abundance experiment’ to test the abundance of the Universe. He is going to donate 80% of what he earns to charity and the other 20% goes to servicing his credit card debt and to live he is going to rely on the kindness of friends, family and strangers. I heard about his project and as a Fairy Godmother I am a BIG supporter of ANY dream – no matter how wild and crazy (in fact the wilder and crazier the better). I knew that to help him on his journey he would need the tools, techniques and tips on how to manifest and create what he wants and who better to get that from than the Fairy Godmother! So I donated him a place at my Possibility Evening and on my Dream Mapping and Goal Setting workshop (because he can’t pay for it, because the money that he earns goes to charity).
He was so excited about this, that he made a little video – take a look
So people that I meet in my work as a Fairy Godmother come up with the excuse that they can’t live their dreams because they won’t be able to afford to ‘pay the bills’ or get by. I love that Adin is destroying that myth with his project, by giving away ALL his earnings and still being able to live – how EXTRAORDINARY!

5 Tips for your Future Imagined Memory
In my Dream Mapping and Goal Setting Workshops (and also in my book) I teach how to create a Future Imagined Memory (FIM) as a key technique to create what you want in your life and manifest your goals.
Briefly, a Future Imagined Memory is a story, in the present tense, of the ‘outcome’ of your dream or goal. This is an imagined and made-up story of a future event with you in it in which your goal has become a reality. This story should be written clearly, describing the experience in detail and, most importantly, in terms of all five of your senses.
After you have created your story, every day for the next 30 days, spend 10 minutes in the morning or 10 minutes in the evening jumping into your Future Imagined Memory. Lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and relax. Imagine yourself in the scene. While you are doing the exercise, get excited about it: feel the positive feelings, listen to the sounds, enjoy the sensation of having what you want in your life. Do this every day for 30 days and then stop. Thirty days is long enough to turn the Future Imagined Memory into a desire fully felt and understood by the body and the mind.
In the last few months I have received a number of emails from Daring Dreamers with questions about the Future Imagined Memory Technique… so here are 5 additional tips and tricks for you to apply.
Tip 1: Keep the story exactly the same
Keep the same story for the 30 days; don’t add bits or take bits away. With the daily repetition the mind will often be tempted to change the story. It is important to keep the same story so that this becomes ingrained in the mind and to create a vivid future memory.
Tip 2: Make sure it is the outcome not the how
When you develop your FIM story, make sure that the story is an outcome i.e. that you goal or dream is complete. It has happened. Don’t try to create a story around the process, the ‘how’. As an example if you have a goal to write a book, don’t imagine sitting behind your computer and typing because that is the process. Rather create your FIM about the book being done eg. being at your book launch, seeing the book in a store or being interviewed on TV about the book.
Tip 3: Sensing rather than vivid
A comment from one of my daring dreamers recently was
“what I find is sometimes I do my FIM it goes really well, most of the time I struggle with hearing, tasting & smelling the others are okay”
In NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) there is a theory that one of our senses is slightly more developed than the others. Your primary senses are visual, auditory and kinesthetic, and normally one of these will be your most prominent sense. You may be a highly visual person. When you close your eyes and imagine your future memory you may be able to ‘see’ all the details reasonably clearly, but the hearing may be a little more difficult. You may be a highly auditory person, which means you are more attuned to sound. When you imagine your future memory you can hear all the sounds clearly but may not be able to conjure up the sense of touch with such clarity. Or you may be a kinaesthetic person, which means emotions and tactile sensations are easy for you to imagine and feel but pictures are a bit hazy and sound not as apparent. Whichever is your primary sense, be aware that it is through this sense that you will primarily experience your Future Imagined Memory. However, focus on the other senses too.
Even though you will be imagining your FIM with your five senses, please note that your FIM will probably not be in Technicolor, Dolby sound with which you experience life. Doing the FIM is more like sensing things than necessarily seeing, hearing or feeling things in crystal clear clarity. If it is not sharp and clear don’t worry, just keep doing it.
Tip 4: Distraction
During the FIM process you may find that your mind begins to wander or gets distracted. This is very normal. When you realise that your mind has wandered, gently bring it back to where you were in your story and continue the process. You may need to do this many times during the process. Some days you may find you are more distracted than others.
Tip 5: Narrate yourself through the story
For some people it helps to narrate yourself through the story. You may want to do this silently in your head as you go through the story or a few of my Daring Dreamers like to talk it out loud to themselves, while their eyes are closed and they are imagining it. An idea is to record yourself narrating your FIM and then listen to the narration every morning – this is particularly useful for two reasons.
1. The story is always exactly the same as it has been recorded
2. It is easier to stay focused and not get distracted
Good luck with your FIM and doing it for 30 days – you will be AMAZED at the results.

Manifesting a Winter Lover
If you have had a conversation with me in the last few months you may have heard me say “I’m manifesting a winter lover”. I could imagine nothing nicer than a warm body to cuddle up next to during this big FREEZE rather than my current bedtime companion – the hot water bottle.
As a Fairy Godmother, I teach people about how to create and manifest what they want in their lives. In my life, I put my teaching into practice and have managed to attract the most amazing opportunities, people, work, travel and fun. Yet, in the area of my winter lover, despite getting clear on what I wanted, doing my VAKGO visioning every morning for a month, telling people about it, it is now 4 months later and…. NOTHING!
Even though I know better, I have been stamping my foot impatiently and in the last month have been starting to demand at the universe “where is my god damn winter lover that I have been asking for?”
Then I met my friend Simon last week and he shared about how he was inspired about my idea of a winter lover when he heard it about month ago. He then gleefully and blissfully told me that he has since manifested a sexy, French winter lover who actually leaves to go to India in 3 months – so she really is just a winter lover.
WHAT?!!!!
I have been asking for FOUR months and yet Simon manifests his lover in a matter of weeks?
I was seriously starting to question my Fairy Godmother manifesting abilities, but then as he described his manifestation of his lover, the lesson hit me like a thunderbolt from the blue –
You see, Simon decided he wanted a winter lover, he got clear on what he was looking for and then he did something about it. Firstly, he put an advert on the Gumtree saying he was looking for a winter lover, he then signed up to a dating website, he went on a few dates and he went up to a few interesting girls and asked them for their numbers. And….. Voila! After 3 weeks of setting his intention, Simon has a gorgeous winter lover who he is having loads of fun with.
The lesson is, if you want to manifest something in reality you have to TAKE ACTION!
I, on the other hand, have been all visioning and talk and NO ACTION and the RESULT = NO WINTER LOVER.
If I look back at the last 4 months, the universe has sent me lots of “answers” to my asking and opportunities to take action and yet I have conveniently ignored my part of the manifesting process.
Opportunity number 1:
Within a week of me getting clear and starting to vision a winter lover, my friend Grant, told me he had the perfect book for me and a week later he placed it in my hands.

It is called “The Program – how to find a husband after 30” and when I read the title I thought “I’m not looking for a husband, merely a lover” and since then the book has been gathering dust. Who knows what pearls of wisdom could be hidden in that book that could have helped me manifest a warm, bedtime buddy?
Opportunity number 2:
Another helpful friend, Michelle, suggested Internet Dating and even gave me the Dating Buzz URL and 3 good reasons why I should do it. Despite me nodding in agreement, my inner voice made up some excuse about “not having time” and the result…. Well, Michelle has found her winter lover. She scores 1 and I score 0.
A Myriad of Opportunities
In hindsight, as I look back over the last 4 months I can see that the Universe has been sending me opportunity after opportunity to take some action which will enable me to realize my dream and yet I have embarrassingly done NOTHING about it.
And it has taken me four months to actually realize that even though I have been speaking about it, I have been DOING nothing about it.
Creation happens first in thought, then in speaking and then through action.
So if you are stuck with a dream or goal that you want to turn into reality then ask yourself
Are you taking Action?
My action is that I have just joined Dating Buzz…. despite my little inner voice being negative about online dating. Who knows what other opportunities it may bring?
Watch this space!
