Meditation is hard!

Even though I am a huge advocate of meditation in my book as a way to quieten the mind and connect to the soul, I have always found meditation really hard – having to focus on my breath, a sound, keeping my mind free from thoughts that insist on popping back into my mind – yikes! That is until 6 weeks ago when I did a Transcendental Meditation course which has made meditation a breeze.
I now find myself easily meditating twice a day for 20 minutes and it has brought incredible calm, peace and real health and vitality to my life.

Hi there…I have been doing a version of Yoga Nidra and find it very easy to do.
