Fairy Godmother is looking for an Assistant MagicMaker

The Fairy Godmother is looking for a part-time PA to help create more magic and miracles in the world.
Part-time means working mornings (eg. 08h30 – 13h00) from a little home office in Parkmore (Johannesburg)
This is an administration intensive job.
I am looking for someone who
- has great admin skills,
- very good computer skills (good excel and understanding of the Internet)
- has initiative
- has enough experience to jump straight into the deep-end and swim
- can work unsupervised
- is filled with positive energy
- is happy to take care of all the little ‘bits and pieces’
- is happy to drive around to pick up and collect things
The job entails
- Organising venues for events (workshops/ talks etc)
- Putting together all the things needed for each of the events – stationery, name tags, workbooks
- Using a web-based program to format and send out emails to the Database – to promote events, to inform members etc.
- Updating the FGM online community with content – eg. uploading articles; videos; photos
- Updating the Fairy Godmother website with articles; videos; photos and other content
- Updating all Fairy Godmother Social Media – Facebook, twitter etc.
- Sending out articles to media
- Picking up and dropping off
- Filing
- Scanning articles
- Keeping the Fairy Godmother’s diary
- Following up on corporate talks to ensure all the correct equipment etc. is in place
