I was amazed at the amount of energy it must take to ride the waves seemingly so easily. I realised that so much planning learning, strategy and discipline had to accompany this exhilirating sport. Life is this, short lived excitement with long waits between. The more you study the ocean the more you learn how it works, being good at something takes attention to the details that many people disregard.
